COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE
Be sure to fully read the TOS carefully. If you plan on hiring me for a commission please only contact me if you’re completely sure you would like to hire me, and have the means to pay. By sending in an application form I will assume you have agreed to all terms stated in this document. This document may have also been sent to you if you have contacted me by means other than an application. Thank you!
COMMISSION
Commissions can be used for either commercial or personal use.
Clients do not have permission to sell the commission unless it is agreed upon by both the illustration distributor and the Live2D rigger.
I am allowed to use the commission as an example of my work, and the project may be posted on Twitter or my website. This will only occur after debut.
Please only use the commission appropriately. Do not use the commission in any hateful manner.
Credit as your artist/model artist is required and is highly appreciated!
The editable .cmo3 file will not be provided.
PAYMENT
Please be sure you would like to commission me, as the first 50% will not be refundable if the client cancels. Depending on the amount of work done, refunds will be provided.
Payment can only be taken through PayPal or through a bank transfer if you live in Canada. Cryptocurrency or gift cards wont be accepted payment for the safety of both me and the client.
Payment can be made in two ways. Full payment upfront, or 50% at the start of the commission and 50% of when the commission has been completed.
Soon after the details of the commission have been discussed, an invoice will be sent to the client's email. When the payment has been made, I'll get started on the model as soon as possible!
Commission prices are subject to change any time at my discretion.
Revisions to the rig AND art can be made twice before a revision fee must be paid.
If you are indecisive or do not have the means to pay for the commission, please be mindful when considering me!

I expect that contact between the client and I will be respectful, friendly and civil. If any inappropriate or hateful behaviour is displayed, I have the right to cancel the order.

Q & A
I do, though models are my main focus of work. Please DM or email me if you're interested and we can work out a price from there!
It really depends on the complexity of the commission, full-body rigging commissions typically take around 2-4 weeks, though they can be finished earlier!
I like contacting my clients bi-weekly or more often. I tend to send updates often to make sure the client is happy with the commission so far!
- For models I will provide the .moc3 file along with all model settings, icon photo, texture atlas, and expression/toggle files. The model will be set up and ready to use in VTube studio. The editable .cmo3 file will not be provided. For art I will send a .png file or anything else the client requests. Animations and emotes will be send as a .gif, .mp4, etc. All files will be sent through google drive, only accessible by your email.
If a models art is not divided properly I can divide it for a separate fee listed on my prices page. Consent from the artist will need to be provided. Illustration must be of high quality.
It really depends on the amount of nudity, toggles, etc. Please contact me if you're interested.
